I had very less time left to ship my car when I approached Tom from ship-a-car-direct. He was prompt in returning my call and to consider my case with most importance. He was in constant touch with me till the car was delivered.

Also he was confident about the white-listed shipping carriers they deal with.

My car was picked on the second day after I made the first payment and was delivered one day ahead of the schedule. Appreciate the commitment.

Except that the driver made me to come a mile away from my home while loading the car, it has been a good service from ship-a-car-direct and is highly recommended.

Thanks for the five star feedback, Jey! Sorry your driver couldn't come right to your door for pick-up. It's a good point for future shippers to know: some neighborhoods do not allow for safe loading (because of hills, tight cul-de-sacs or low hanging trees), and some gated communities don't allow truck access at all.
