I needed to transport my vehicle from NYC to Jacksonville FL in a relatively short amount of time. This didn't seem to be an issue with this company. When I was ready, a carrier became available and before locking in that carrier, no deposit was required and I as the customer was able to research out the validity and integrity of that particular company. The agent I dealt with was Greg, and I honestly can say that he delivered excellent customer service. He was available via phone or email throughout business hours and beyond. When communicating via email or phone, I would receive a response in less than a day, sometimes within an hour/hours. My first carrier was somewhat of a dud that I chose not to book on account of some integrity issues, but Greg was fast to figure that out and quickly reassigned me with an optimal company. The pick up was on time and the flat bed was able to come directly in front of my door, which in NYC, is very rare with transport carriers. The driver of the tow was very pleasant to speak with, informative and reassuring to someone like myself, who is a little neurotic. The delivery of the vehicle was on time, and the driver agreed to make an especially late delivery on account of my need for the vehicle the very next morning. I was able to meet him less than 1/4 mile from my new house at a parking lot. He also was very pleasant. Overall, I would recommend this company to anyone who needed auto transport. Now, I'm not saying they're the cheapest and I'm not saying they're the most expensive - but they get the job done and done right. Also, the customer service I received was superb, Greg, specifically was down to earth, informative and very patient with me which I appreciate.
