I was misled by another company and thought my car was being shipped prior my boarding a plane to California. David took the time to explain the entire process and to reassure me even though i was not going to there when the car was loaded that i was going to be taken care of. He kept me abreast of what was transpiring through calls and emails. Great customer service and follow through on his part. One negative thing... driver was said to be delivering vehicle one evening but was actually next day which kept me in for the night. Driver was friendly and I gave him a $50.00 tip for going to Atlantic City area to get my car, nobody wanted to come to that area of NJ.

Thanks for the great feedback, PJ! Great to hear the customer service gave you peace of mind - accept for the carrier's arrival estimate. It's a good point to mention: carriers arrival estimates are estimates and not guarantees. Because they can easily be thrown off by weather, traffic or problems with other customers, it's best to plan to be "on-call" around your carrier's estimate.
