We had to ship a car from Colorado to Brooklyn to our daughter, whose car had been totaled in an accident. Matt was extremely helpful, kept in touch with us as he arranged for a carrier, gave us good information about the process, and checked in to make sure that all had gone as planned. The carrier was professional and careful and actually drove the car into NY as it would have been hard to bring the truck into NYC. He gave us accurate information on when he would meet us for pickup and when he would deliver the car. It arrived safely and in good time, especially given the terrible weather cross-country. We would definitely use this service again.

Thank you for your excellent review, Susan! You bring up a good point: it can be difficult for carriers to load/unload safely in major cities like New York City, San Francisco, Washington DC, etc. Glad it was handy for you to have it delivered outside the city!
