The service was fine but somebody needs to teach the carrier how to judge time and distance. On both ends of the process, pick-up and delivery the driver was hours late from when we were told they'd arrive. I understand things happen and there are things you can't control but you need to communicate those issues to your customer. I called multiple times for updated information and was repeatedly told "he'll be there within 15 minutes" when in fact it was hours.

Thank you for you feedback, William! You are right about timing: carriers provide estimates that can change with weather, traffic or other issues. So sorry your driver wasn't more proactive about updates - that drives us crazy too!
