Vehicle transported ultimately

I received a call the day before scheduled pickup from the carrier to confirm. They did not show next day. I called them to see were they were. They said they had their truck full and could not tranport my car and some one was supposed to call me. This failure on their commitment obligated me to incur additional costs. The reason given for the failure was "this happens sometimes." My vehicle was transported by another carrier a week later.

Thanks for your feedback, Erick. So sorry there was a mix up with the first carrier - they discovered on route to you that the vehicle they picked up before yours was supersized and too big to fit any more vehicles on the truck. Unfortunately we had no way to forsee that unlikely issue, and we are so sorry that there wasn't an immediate alternative going the same way for you.
