Tom kept me up to date and informed of the progress on the shipping of my car throughout the entire process. He made contact with the originator within minutes of accepting the quote and the car was delivered on time as promised. I get a discount off of the quoted price of shipping for submitting this review, but I would have given this glowing review with or without the discount.
