Under normal conditions this transport would have been totally satisfactory. Prior to the pickup date NH was hit with snow and a week fridgid tempertures. As a result the delivery was delayed 5 days. I did learn that it is very important that you have space for the tractor tailor truck at the pickup and delivery points. Without that space - door to door service is not possible. My car was deliveried to Marco Island, Florida and it was very helpful that the driver knew the area very well and could pick a area for delivery. In my case the driver contacted me several times but due to a heavy accent was very difficult to understand - minor issue.
