Hello! my name is Nina, I had to make sure I wrote this review because I had an Awesome! and Wonderful! experience with Ship A Car Direct. I had to ship my car," which I call my "Baby Mazda!" from Washington DC to Chicago. I treated my Pearl Black Mazda to a hand wax and car wash. to make its long journey. You see I love my car so much I would not let it go with just any company so I did my research.
After looking at so many Transport Companies I chose Ship A Car Direct simply because it had so many positive reviews. I called for the first time and was greeted by Matt sometimes known as Paul. What a pleasant Guy! Not only was he hospitable and kind he took me step by step and informed me on the procedures and how Ship A Car Direct does business. He was with me step by step. When we arranged to have my car picked up at my house in DC and dropped off at my house in Chicago he made me feel like I had no worries. I am a Teacher by profession and I give their means of communication an A+ plus. When your thinking about calling them they are already on top of things.
No worry! No drama! That's what I appreciate. I was happy to see " My Baby Mazda" home to Chicago unfortunately my wind shield spoiler on top of my sunroof was missing. May be it blew off during the travels on that long open flatbed. Anyway that is such a minor detail what is most important I am pleased and happy my" Baby Mazda" made the long journey. HANDS UP! TO SHIP A CAR DIRECT!
