Jason from Ship a Car Direct was excellent in keeping us informed about the process. Driver was very knowledgeable and courteous. He kept us informed during transport. If unavailable when we called him, we received return call within 20 minutes. One day late in delivery was due to heavy storms in Virginia. We would definitely use this firm again.
