I have never had my vehicle transported before and we were quite worried as we were transporting a very expensive vehicle. The carrier was unable to accommodate the pickup date we had requested and arrived a day earlier than we would have liked and 2 days before pickup we started getting phone calls from a lot of different people that seemed to be from more than one company, which made us quite worried that something wasn't right. So I called the Ship-a-Car-direct person who gave me some advice on safety. We also got the name of the person that was supposed to pick the vehicle up. The person that picked the car up was very professional, identified himself and had an ID, was very careful when it came to put the car on the trailer and also when he dropped the car off. Would definitely recommend this company to people who want their car transported.
