Pros: The car was picked up on time and delivered on time without any damage. Customer service and the carrier were very cordial on the phone.

Cons: I did not realize when I booked safe-direct for a specific price that they do not already have a carrier set for your car. So in order to get my car picked up on time, I had to raise the original price they accepted for the car.

Safe Direct advertises that carriers will carry a small amount of goods (less than a hundred pounds) inside your vehicle. My carrier refused to take anything in the car until I negotiated for an additional 50 bucks. Safe direct apologized for the carrier not taking the goods, but refused to reimburse me the 50 bucks. Safe direct said I should have refused the carrier and asked safe direct for another carrier, but that would have cost me more time and the forgone afternoon off from work.

We can't actually guarantee your personal stuff - we can only contract the transport of an empty vehicle.
