This was my first time having a vehicle shipped and of course I was weary and skeptical about the process. I live in Maryland and my vehicle was coming from California, so I was afraid that by the time it reached me, it wouldn't be in the same condition as I brought it. But after talking with Chris from Safe-Direct Car Shipping he made me feel more at ease. He let me know how the whole process worked, took time out to answer all my questions and didn't rush me into making a decision on who I would allow to transport my vehicle. He also gave me his number and said to call him back if I had any other questions or concerns. My experience with them was great and the whole process went smooth. I received my vehicle 2-3 days earlier than expected, which I was real happy about. I would definitely use this company again and thanks to Chris for all his help.
