I contacted safe direct by email and submitted the transport from and to locations I received a call back the same day which I wasn't expecting I spoke with Tom who kept in contact with me by email or phone every day and after the vehicle arrived Tom called me again to make sure there werent any issues and that the vehicle had arrived in and was not damaged during transport. I would defenatally use them again for a vehicle transport in the future.
