If I were to book simply on the promptness of the pick-up alone I would NOT be likely to use the sevice again. HOWEVER, because of Ms. Kenyons professionalism, availablilty to answer questions, knowledgeability, her keeping me informed, friendliness and her overall customer service I would DEFINITELY be willing to use this service again and reccommend to others. She is an invaluable ASSET to your company and should be given recognition. VERY GOOD JOB!!! I was very pleased withh her cutomer service and she is the reason I stayed wth the company even though my ship date was 23 days past the day I wanted. Thank you Jennifer!!! It was also a very reasonable price for the shipment.
