Overall the process was better than I had expected, the company (Honesty First Auto Transport) promptly responded to the quote I requested and provided all the information I needed. The whole transaction was very easy once we decided to go with Honesty First. The initial assigned carrier declined the pick-up but Honesty First was able to quickly find an alternate shipper. The pickup date was a day later than the given expected pick-up date, but the car was delivered on time. Everything worked out well, no damage to the car.
