This was my first time to do car shipping so I was a little wary. My main contact at Honesty First was Jennifer Kenyon, who first gave me an e-mail quote. Although it was a bit hard to reach her at first (guess they are helping a lot of customers!), after I left my number in a voicemail, I received a call back promptly.

Jennifer answered all my questions about car shipping honestly and I decided to go ahead and submit the order. My first available pickup date was almost a week away, but only a day or so later, I was assigned a carrier: KJ Falcon Log LLC. They had estimated the pickup to be a day after my first available date. On that day, I called them and they said they would be around the next day's evening instead, so it was 1 day later than originally estimated.

They did arrive the next evening (albeit an hour later than planned) and the pickup was smooth. The driver gave me an estimate that he would arrive at the destination in just 4 days. Since this was going from CA to MD across country, I was surprised by the short time window. However, the driver was able to deliver right on the estimated day!

Overall, my experience with Honesty First (and KJ Falcon Log LLC) has been great, and I would use them again in the future for my car shipping needs.
