Great Communication and Exceeded My Expectations!

I just want to say that for my first time ever needing to transport a vehicle from one state to another, I am so impressed with the service I received from Tom at Honesty First Auto Transport Inc. Due to a death in the family we were trying to get things tied up in Arizona and ship a car to Washington. Travel times were important to me so we needed to have the car picked up by no later than a certain date and we also had a very tight window on the receiving end as well. Whenever I had a concern that we might not make these deadlines, I contacted Tom and received very prompt replies and solutions. We ended up using a different truck at the last minute becuse the first one could not 100% commit to our needs. Tom made this happen quickly, efficiently, and with no additional cost to me.

We were also able to stay in contact with the truck driver and make sure that the plan was going smoothly after he picked up the car in Arizona.

My interaction with Tom and Honesty First Auto Transport was a bright spot in an otherwise stressful and difficult time. I would 100% work with Tom again and will be doing so in the near future to transport another car which we need to bring back up to Washington.

The cost of shipping our car with Honesty First Auto Transport Inc turned out to be far less than if we had tried to dirve the car ourselves from Arizona to Washington. We also did not have to put the additional miles on the car as well. So if you think you want to move cars by yourself, do the math, take into consideration your own time and money and stress levels and you'll probably find that this is a much better way to go. There were no hiddden fees, no surprises - the quote we got was the price we paid. Period.
