Ryan in the office was very responsive, but his information on the driver's ETA was not always accurate. Obtained the driver's cell # from the Sellers when the car was picked up and called the driver directly. John, the driver, let me know when his route changed and affected the delivery date. He was very good, calling the day before and the day of delivery to zero in on the precise time.
