A sales rep had made a mistake and provided me a date of delivery that was in error. It was very important for me to receive the car on time. Miah Park helped me immediately arrange for a last minute carrier shipped and even went as far as saying she would take money out of her own paycheck to credit me for the inconvenience. She was great. In the end, the car was delivered in mint condition and a disaster was averted. Thanks, Miah!
