From order taking to pickup to delivery, my experience was very pleasant. They have great staff from sales rep (Dre) to dispatchers that tell you where the car is and estimated delivery times. My only complaint is that sometimes my driver was not reachable most of the time. But when I left a vm i usually get a phone call back within 10 minutes or so. He arrived on time and even waited for me while I finished my tasks at work. Now thats customer satisfaction right there. Thank you shipanycar.com.
