We shipped our car down to Florida for the first time in fall 2017 and had a bad experience - quoted one price, signed a contract and then the price went up by almost $200. What's the point of a contract that gives me no protection? Heard about Shaughnessy from a friend and am so glad we did. The whole process was a piece of cake. Beth returned all calls and emails promptly, answering all my questions and concerns. The best part was that we dropped the car off at Executive Valet Parking by the RSW airport and saved the cost of a taxi there, and the hassle of being without a car in Florida. They picked the car up in a couple days (so not a big parking charge) and it came to us in IL a few days later. My only complaint is that the driver spoke almost no English, so we had a hard time communicating regarding delivery time. I would think he could learn the basic numbers in English so he could talk to us. And not Spanish, which I know at least the numbers. That said, we will certainly use them again, and look forward to a smooth transaction in the fall.
