This was our first experience transporting a vehicle cross country and I must admit I was a little hesitant about doing so. I was given the name Beth Feldman with Shaughnessy Overland Express as a contact person. After that first phone call I knew everything was going to be okay. She explained the whole process from start to finish, answering all questions professionally. If Beth said she would call me back, she did. If Beth said she would text or e-mail, she did. She is a woman true to her word. I will certainly use the company again if need be and I will most certainly highly recommend this transport company to family and friends.
