John was VERY helpful, extremely honest, and great enough for me to write a review. He gave a reasonable quote, stuck by the quote, was willing to argue with the carrier when they tried to raise the fee, contributed $50 of his own money to add to the carrier payment to speed up the process, always quick to respond to emails, and friendly. We have done this several times, and John Shank has been the best by far. I only wish we could have found him sooner. Thanks!!!! :D
