Not what I was promised

I was given a quote. I confirmed the price two maybe three times before proceeding. Then the price was not good. I was given a new quote. I proceeded with the pickup and delivery. The driver requested and collected more than I was quoted. I contacted Send It Car Shippers. I was told that I should have been contacted about another higher price that was not agreed to. Of course I had to get my car so I paid the full amount. I called Send It Car Shippers and was promised a reimbursement for some of the money but that didn’t happen. I was told next day delivery and not told it might be 3 days after pickup.

Hi Marc, I want to apologize for the bad experience that you had with us. As soon as this was brought to my attention, I went ahead and refunded the difference in price. As the owner, I was not happy to see this review, but I am glad you brought it to our attention. We are constantly striving to improve our process and overall customer experience, and never want our customers to feel that we did not deliver the service as promised.
