More Customer Involvement Than Expected

I started the process before New years. The Jeep was finally picked up on Jan 21, 2015 and delivered Jan 24, 2015. I had bids ranging from $640 to $950. Secure Auto Shipping originally bid $650. I paid $700.
The reason I would use them again is Mindy. She took the time to explain to me exactly how the business works. The lower their bid, the more difficult it is going to be for them to find a truck and still make their fee. I hate "bait and switch" schemes. But I never felt like that with Mindy. She was very honest and spent many hours on the phone with me and on my behalf trying to get a driver that would do the job.
