Fully apprised of the pick up status, delivery and arrival. The amount to have the vehicle shipped was the lowest out of many companies and then on top of that they even gave me a 25.00 coupon off the amount!!!!!!!!! I was kept informed via emai and they were accomodating on the phone. The driver was really good at keeping in touch with me a couple of times every day. I think that the minimum of 200 characters for a survey is outlandish!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
