I had to ship my daughters car for her from So Cal to Oregon for college. I was a little nervous at first because of all the negative reviews I had seen on this company. I have to say, it was a very pleasant experience. The only problem that came about was the drop off time of the car which would have been too early for the person that was going to originally receive the car on my behalf. The driver was very accommodating, I gave him another address which was probably about 1/2 hr away from the original location & they delivered the vehicle. There was no extra charge incurred. They kept in contact the whole time either via phone or text.
