This trucking company (Safe Transporters) is not insured!

All day auto transporters (broker) quoted me a rate, as the days got closer to the pick up day they increased the price of transporting my vehicle. When my vehicle arrived after several calls to the broker (all day auto transporters) and the actual transport company (safe transporters) my car arrived in the evening and not at my home on the eighth day. When my vehicle arrived it was damaged ($2400) with scratches down both sides of the vehicle, severe front bumper damage, safety sensors were broken due to bumper damage, mirrors broken and scratched off paint. Mind you that my vehicle had just come from a dealership in new condition. When the driver removed my vehicle from the truck he proceeded to tell me that the original driver quit while transporting and my vehicle had sat in a yard on the truck for a couple of days. He then began to tell me that the driver did not secure all the cars properly. The company would not provide me with there insurance information and being the we were on private property police do not get involved. I contacted the company several times both the broker and the transport company. The broker (all day) provided expired insurance documents and stated that is what they retrieved from the US Department of Transportation. So I researched the same company and found a different insurance provider for the Transport company along with filing a complaint about the trucking/transport company to the US Department of Transportation. The broker (all day auto transporters) has not helped in any way to resolve this situation and claims "we did our part." WOW! If you arranging to have my vehicle transported by a company that is not insured is "your part." You are right you did your part. I do not recommend anyone use this broker as they did not insure that my vehicle would be placed into the hands of a competent company. If you as a consumer do not care how your vehicle arrives then all day auto transporters (broker) is the company to use. On a side note, just because a broker is insured does not mean anything to you as the consumer. A broker is the middle man and are only linking you to truckers who are available to pick up your vehicle for transport. Do not believe that because they are insured this means your vehicle is in safe hands. Don't make the same mistakes I made. After attempting to reach all day auto transporters several times to resolve their insufficiency in this process (providing me expired documents and misleading information about the transport company) they have failed to return my calls.

The trucking company has yet to return my calls and it has been over two weeks that this situation occurred. They have made no effort at resolution. I will let the US Department of Transportation handle them.

My vehicle is being repaired by my auto insurance company however I have to pay a deductible even though I was not behind the wheel of my vehicle. UNBELIEVABLE!
