Little hiccup but Richard solved it

Richard found a reliable carrier for me, and my car arrived early in good condition. The only inconvenience was when they went to pick up the car the driver said he was going to charge $200 extra because the vehicle had too many things inside and added weight to it. I was never told there was a limit, and according tot he driver the limit is 100lbs so, I called Richard letting him know I was not going to pay this extra amount because he never explained to me that there was a limit to the weight you can put in the car. Richard figured it out and I did not pay for it. So I’m satisfied with the overall experience.
