No communication and raised price

I did a lot of research and ended up contracting SGT to move my car from CA to MI. 1 hour before the pickup was scheduled, they contacted me and told me that the Carrier would not do the Transport for the quoted price that SGT gave me, and that unless I agreed to pay an additional $259 they would not pick up. I was really set back by this as they promoted themselves as a "no additional charge" company. Well, I had no choice since it was too late in the game to find someone else, but if I had more time, I would have cancelled my order with them. During the quote process, the Rep from SGT told me they would send me the Driver's name and contact number, and that they would be providing updates. Well, I do not have Driver's name, only a dispatcher, and 4 days in since the pickup, no contact from SGT, or the Trucking company. Overall, I am very disappointed especially with the price increase after it was quoted, and an order was placed. Will not use again!
