From my end, with scheduling and pick-up, SGT was super. The scheduler, contacts, and dispatch proves superior and stayed in contact with me constantly. Apparently, on the delivery end, though, the driver left the window of the vehicle open for the entire trip; thus, the receivers questioned why. The receivers will be handling that with Claims.
