I had to have a vehicle picked up by a certain date. I was promised a pickup AND delivery of my vehicle on the same day which seemed like a stretch but OK. Waited all day for any information and received nothing so I began calling. First few calls they said that they were not even able to reach the driver. Really? After waiting even longer I called and they finally admitted that the driver was unavailable. Then they wanted to change the pickup and delivery dates which were past the deadline. If you can’t do the job then DON’T bid on the job! This is a very unprofessional company, DO NOT USE!!
