I had a pleasant and positive experience with this brokerage Co. They are worth the extra $150-200 I paid for them to find me a relaiable and good transport Co. The first transport Co. assigned to pick up my vehicle did not show up as schedule and I started to panic because so many transport companies have terrible reviews. I called SGT to inquire as to why my auto had not been picked up and they stated the transport Co. had truck problems and it would be 3 more days. Without me having to ask they assigned me a new Co. that charged $50 more and SGT paid them out of their fee instead of asking me to pay more. The new Co. picked up my auto that evening, drove at least 15 hours and the car arrived on my daughter's very special 16th Birthday. This car arrival turned a sad and bad day around for my child. It is obvious they are about serving their customers and having a good rating and reputation. BTW I never leave reviews becasue I am far to busy for silly nonsence but these guys went the extra mile and deserve my time. and a good review. I would have left a 5 star review had someone contacted me to inform me their was a problem with the first transport Co.
