This guy was a total fraud and liar. He will take your money and promise you the world and never delivers. This is an absolute scam and you will be well advised to seek another carrier or kiss your money goodbye. He won't take credit cards because you can cancel the transaction when he fails to deliver. Eventually he stops answering phone calls and emails.
