Mike had promised us that at the quoted price, the car would be transported within 15 days (even though the contract said up to 30 days). Even though he was prompt in responding to our calls, he later on became elusive after the date the pick up was promised. Subsequently, he called and offered to get the car picked up if we paid $200 more to which we agreed. After that, everything was prompt.
