This company is dishonest and when you need customer service they say they aren't available after order is processed. The did NOT adhere to anything in our agreement. We asked them to pick up after a certain date - this was never communicated to transporter so our vehicle was picked up earlier which inconvenienced our seller. They quoted us a price that was WAY OFF the actual price. Contract says we would okay final price before transport was confirmed. Once they got our credit card info we NEVER heard from them again, except with threats and nastiness when we complained that the driver expected 100% more money than we had agreed upon. We were contacted by the driver the night before delivery, and his contract stated 100% more due than we had agreed with Rock Bottom. We would have transported the vehicle ourselves had we known.
These guys are scammers, and I bet the reviews on this site are from themselves. Our transporter will never use them again either.
