slow and unhelpful

My car was 16 days in transport, after the driver said it would take 9. When I called the customer service number to get a status update on the 9th day, they asked *me* when the car was picked up, and would only say that it should arrive 7-10 days after that. In a call on the 12th day, they said it would arrive on the 14th or 15th day. They were completely unapologetic about the delay.

Upon delivery, the driver picked some random spot off the highway to deliver the car, instead of asking me where I wanted it delivered.

At least my car arrived in one piece, and with all of its contents intact.
