FRAUD activities/no payments

We are facing significant issues with a transportation company that has proven to be extremely challenging to work with. As a carrier, we have not received payment for a vehicle we transported for RoadRunner more than a month ago, specifically since February 8th. Despite multiple attempts to contact their billing department, we end up speaking with sales representatives who transfer our calls to billing, where no one responds. We have repeatedly informed them of our intention to file a DOT compliance report due to fraudulent activity and to initiate a bond claim request. We sent a message via Central Dispatch, but no answer.
