Could have been better.

Price was almost twice as much of all the quotes I got but I wanted a quality shipper. Truck arrived a day later than I scheduled causing the shipper to take another day off work to wait on them and then didn’t show up until midnight. Drivers didn’t speak English so shipper said he had some trouble communicating. Shipping time was short. That I was happy about and the reason it got 2 stars instead of 1. Now the frustration. The drivers showed up driving the car. I checked the odometer to see how far they drove it and found they went almost 20 miles off the trailer. The trailer was full when they showed up. So my car got bumped so they could fit another car on. Not only did they put sever miles on a low mile car, but they risked wrecking, damaging or breaking down a car that did not yet have insurance on it. The car was a manual transmission that in someone with no experience driving could ruin very quickly. I tried to question them on why they drove it but again they didn’t speaking English. Fortunately it made the journey without incident. But I will not be using again.
