Communication was great at the beginning. Car arrived in great condition at the end, driver was great, car was a little dirty inside but nothing I couldn’t clean up. Once I signed the agreement at the beginning, however, after agreeing to the original estimate, I couldn’t get ahold of anyone after that. All phone lines put you on hold then eventually hang up. Tried multiple times over multiple days. Come the day before the agreed pick up date I got a call that they couldn’t pick it up and that it would be a hundred dollars more for someone to pick it up two days later. Not a big deal, I understand that they are a broker and that things can change in business. HOWEVER, the communication was poor, they always made it seem like the dates and prices were solid, so if they would change their approach and explain better that these things are fluid it would’ve been a much better experience. It felt like I was getting the run around which never feels good. In the end though, it eventually arrived and everything was well.
