Unresponsive and unreachable.

I booked my car on June 17th from WA to WI through their online portal. Ever since then, the status has remained "Pending" and no assigned carrier. When trying to reach them through their Customer Support line, their Main Phone line or their Quotes & Booking number, all end up on the same pre-recorded message stating that "All agents are busy" then it bounces you to a voicemail option. Having left several messages, none of which have been returned, I received a dismissive email saying that they can assign a carrier up to the last day of the availability window. After replying to their email, I have yet to receive any response, so I've canceled that booking and found an alternate carrier. For a business that relies on getting customers to use them, this is completely unprofessional. I would not recommend using them.

We are sorry that you had difficulty contacting customer service during peak call hours and regret that you chose to cancel with us before we were able to assist you with your transport. For this reason, we have added a live chat feature to our website to alleviate the hold time you may experience on the phone, and to better assist our customers with quick responses.
