I had a great experience with Road King Transport, LLC. As soon as I called them, I found a representative and got my order placed. I needed the truck shipped about two weeks later, but they were willing to come pick it up within the next two days. Sending the online deposit ($100) was very easy and only required the standard credit card information. I placed my order in under five minutes and had multiple "check-up" calls throughout the period of my truck being transported. Now as you should all know, these companies are dispatch companies, and Road King Transport doesn't actually pick the truck up. I didn't know this but it was not a problem. The driver actually came a day earlier and the truck arrived on-time.
However, the truck had one minor flaw: a cracked windshield. Unfortunately, the chip wasn't noticed on the after-transport inspection and two days later, it grew to a big crack, spanning the passenger side windshield. This is typical for transport, especially since the truck was put on the front of the trailer facing the front. But of course, this is not Road King's fault. It's just bad luck and I will live with it.
In the end, use this company to transport your vehicle. I had the vehicle shipped back down from Ohio after my vacation and had an awful experience with the returning company. Thanks Road King Transport! Keep up the great work!
