From my very first conversation with Phil, I knew I could trust this company. Everyone was very attentive to what I said, calls and messages were returned in a timely manner, customer service was great and whenever I had concerns about something, the personnel were able to quickly reassure me. In other words, communication was fantastic. Julie was SUPER!! She works in dispatch. She found a carrier for me within a couple days of my earliest pickup date, and although I had concerns after reading some counterfeit reviews about the carrier, she quickly put my mind at ease, explaining that they had done business with this carrier many times and had never had a problem, and that the carrier had excellent insurance. I decided to trust her and go with the carrier, and I'm very glad I did. My car was delivered 3 DAYS early, right to my door, with no new scratches, and with less than a mile more on the odometer than when it was picked up. Suffice it to say, if I ever need my car transported again, I will definitely call Riteway. I am EXTREMELY PLEASED with my experience with this company and with Quality Relocation Services, the carrier.
