My car was picked up within the week that I ordered service. My friend at the departure location (North Carolina) told me the driver was thorough and very nice. My car arrived in San Francisco 6 days later - much earlier than I anticipated. The driver had called to let me know the day before when he would be arriving here. He delivered the car right in front of my office and he was very friendly. I thought the whole process was seamless and I am extremely pleased with the service. Thanks to Pete in the office and the driver for their efficiency! I would highly recommend them.
