We have never had a car moved by truck before so we were sceptical, if not down right worried. We entered our information into a car hauling quote request site and were overwhelmed with responses by e-mail. Riley Transport was the only company who called us. I took down the info and kept taking quotes. We were sending a car to WA state from MA for our college aged daughter and then loading a Uhaul and heading to Florida.

Riley was about $100.00 more than the others, but I liked that she had called so I went with her. She first booked us with a transport company, who when I looked them up their rating was low...but I thought our insurance or theirs would cover any damage...so I just went with it. Then a day before they were scheduled to be there, Debbie e-mailed me and said another carrier was doing the transport. OK, I thought....as long as they are on time, because we are moving. Debbie had the carrier call me, he gave me a target time he would arrive, and he was on time. He was incredibly proffessional, very reassuring, and fast at loading our car into a closed carrier. I had asked for a copy of their insurance and they offered to fax it, (but I don't have a fax, so he just showed it to me when he arrived) He offered to drop me at my house because I met him in our grocery store lot (cause we live on a big hill) but I declined and jogged home.

We took tons of pictures of the car being loaded and posted them on our blog. Citrus Auto Hauling and Riley Transport were great to work with and we appreciate them making this car transport a success.

The car arrived in Washington State on time and in good condition. Citrus Auto Hauling called my daughter a day before he was to arrive and arranged the entire drop off with her at her job because she was working. It went great!! We would use Debbie again. She is professional and got the job done.
