After cutting a deal with Debbie, i then checked this website to see a bunch of bad reviews. (which scared me) but a week later they all disappeared. Seems Debbie is on top of preserving her reputation by contacting this website to get what she deems an unfair review removed.

My car was delivered! So I can't give her a too terrible review since she did her job the best she can. And she is very professional and knows how to do her job very well, someone else said it best before me that she has a silver tongue and works 20x harder at getting your 195$ deposit than coordinating with the carrier company. But I can understand why, my interactions with the carrier were difficult because of their foreign accent. Actually I was able to get 20$ discounted from my deposit for being active duty military, thank you Riley Auto for supporting our troops.

Debbie was the first one to call me on the phone within minutes of me entering my information on a transport quote website. All the competitors sent their quotes via email hours later. Debbie made some loose promises though that she couldn't keep. She promised that the vehicle could be picked up the next day (nov 11th) because there was a carrier in the area that she knew would do it. Well they didn't and that caused some nervousness on my end whether or not Debbie was scamming me. But she technically didn't the driver just doesn't answer his phone that often. And I hadn't had any other conversations with Debbie since the 11th and the last thing she said to me was she'd get the driver to contact me or if he wasn't going to answer her calls she'd get a different driver to give me a call.

The driver picked up the vehicle on the 12th after 5pm, didn't really do an inspection because the rain had made the car wet (what can you expect from Washington weather?) Estimated a 7-10 day delivery date. And we didn't get the vehicle back until the 23rd (11 days) and it was delivered after 5pm as well. That way it was so dark outside I wouldn't be able to see the damages until the next day. And the car was filthy so I didn't actually notice the spots of damage until taking it through a car wash. But that is not Debbie's fault. However she should know better than to rely on a company whose name is ROLLOVER Transport.
