I have never met such a rude and unprofessional broker. Shouting at customers, trying to play them down as stupid, putting down the phone, is certainly not a recipe for success. This man must be on something, never encountered such an erratic and insane behavior. People, stay far away if you want to spare yourself total aggravation. He also did not quote the correct price, it suddenly went up for which he had a million frantic, shady excuses. Mike, I hope you get help!...you certainly need it.
