Horrible experience. First off, Reliable is a broker, so there is no telling what trucking company you will end up getting. I ended up with Accurate Auto Carriers. They SUCK!!!! Once Reliable finds you a hauler, they will not talk to you anymore, leaving you hi and dry. I was given a driver's cell number, not answered after 20 attempts over 3 days. The day the car was originally due to arrive, I had to call them and talk to 4 people just to find out i wouldnt get the car for another 4 days. The day the car finally arrived it took 5 hours for the idiot driver to get it off the truck. They actually parked a 1949 POS pick-up truck that didnt run in front of my car. I was told the POS would need a jump and I had to supply the jumper cables. When that didnt work the driver just looked at me like he had no clue what to do next. So, at my expense I had to call a wrecker to pull the POS off the hauler so I could get my car off. That cost an additional $100. The wrecker driver wanted to know who was going to pay to put the POS back on the hauler as it wouldnt run. I told the wrecker driver I dont give a sh*t what you do with the POS pick-up after you get it off the hauler. As soon as he finally got it off th hauler, and my car was taken off, I paid and left the scene. I was there for a total of 5 hours. I thanked the wrecker driver and hopefully he didnt load the POS back on the hauler for the retarded driver. Why in God's name would you park a vehichle that doest run in front of the next car you have to unload and not have a plan on how to move my car off the hauler. Never again will I use either one of these companies, and I hope both companies go down the tubes. Save yourself the aggravation and find a better transportaion company.

In any event we would like to apologize for the inconveinence this customer faced. We are a truck locating service. The customer signed our agreement acknowledging that. Everyone in this industry is. We disclose that very clearly. No matter who you book with, they will post your information on this centralized load board and all the trucks in the country will call in on these vehicles. With that being said, this truck would have been assigned to this customer no matter what broker (truck locating service) he used. Now as for the unfortunate situation on delivery. The driver should have known better than putting a non running car behind this customers car. He couldnt unload his car due to this. We will put this trucking company on a 90 watch list. He did transport his car safely however should have done a better job.
