I booked this transport a week in advance to "lock in" the amount. I signed paperwork for said amount. I was then contacted the day before pick up and was told that because of someone else backing out and leaving an empty spot on the trailer (which showed up to my house with 5 bikes on it) that I had to pay more and I was pressured to "lock in" this new amount right away. After I agreed to pay extra I never heard from them again of their own free will. I called and tried to confirm if the motorcycle was picked up and was told that they would find out and let me know. This never happened. I called back the next day and was told that I should contact the actual shipping company. Of course Reliable had never given me any of that information. Basically after the brokers at Reliable were out of the way the rest of the transaction went as expected. They lay it on thick when trying to get your booking like "they have been shipping motorcycles exclusively for blah blah years." They are just middlemen. Do your self a favor and avoid these particular middlemen at all cost. I'm going off of memory on the names of the individuals I spoke with because I have erased all of the emails between us because, honestly, I wasn't going to review them at all. But low and behold, this survey shows up in my inbox and stirred up all of the unpleasant feelings that I have toward this company. I hope no matter who you go to to have something shipped in the future that you don't have an experience like this.
